Welcome to Shear Savage! I'm Jenn Fournier, owner and stylist.
I became a hairstylist because nothing makes me happier than turning a guest around in my chair, and seeing their face light up. I love making people feel amazing about themselves. I am also known to make people laugh, as comedy is a strong suit in my dealing with day to day events. Some say I should have done standup, so if you are in need of some comedic relief, I am just the stylist for you!
I have been a stylist for 23 years and have never been more in love with my work, and am enjoying my new venture as a salon owner. I enjoy all styles of cuts and colors, although my short haircuts are what seem to wow. I take great pride in always keeping up on the newest trends. In 2012 I was named best stylist in Enfield by the North Central News.
My clients value my listening skills, and often tell me that I listen like no stylist has listened to them before. I will ask you questions to really find out what you are looking for and find the best way to execute that look for you. I am also a very real, down to earth person. You will always get my honest opinion, about anything and everything, which most find to be refreshing in a world full of insincerity.
I am raising two beautiful, strong, independent girls, Marliegh and Violette. They both enjoy dancing at a local studio. My bonus daughter Ryanne has recently graduated from Elm's and works as a nurse. As a mom of three girls, two dogs, and two Sphynx cats, I know how important it is to enjoy some time for yourself. I promise you will have a service that will leave you feeling special, recharged and ready to go somewhere fun, even when you’re just going home after you leave the salon. While waiting for my girls to finish up at dance, you can catch me with my nose in a good book. I love reading, and will always have a great new book recommendation for you. When I want to unwind, my husband Nick and I curl up on the couch and binge watch TV. Usually on my days off from the salon, you’ll find me at the movies catching the newest release with my family. These days I'm more likely at home doing crafty things, (Hello diamond art!) and I challenge anyone to make a better diaper cake than me.
